Q 1 How do I follow up with leads that I have generated?

If you already have one we can walk you through how to set it to our servers and if you don't have one you can go to our resources page and click on the Godaddy.com logo which will take you directly to a page where you can register a domain name of your choice for only $9.99/year. You can register as many domain names as you want and we can show you how they can all point back to the site we create for you.
Q 5 Can I put my company information and logo on the site?
A 5 Absolutely! Just send us a high-res file of your company logo and we will implement it into the design of your choice. It's that easy!
Q 6 I already have a site. Why do I need this one?
A 6 Quite simply~ you have to ask yourself if your current site is appealing to users and visitors and is it creating the leads you want it to? If you want a site that looks uncluttered~ professional and of high-quality; rather than your "cookie cutter" template site that looks like every other real estate agent and mortgage broker than you want to take a look at what we have to offer.
Q 7 What about Search Engine Optimization?
A 7 Search Engine Optimization is the key having your website ranking high throughout all search engines. There are a number of ways in which you can do this but the "tricks of the trade" can often be used incorrectly~ in effect causing your site to rank lower. We have on staff and expert on SEO~ who~ once you have signed up with us can walk you through all the ins and outs of SEO so that you can ensure your sites gets the highest ranking.
Q 8 Is the website content editable?
A 8 Yes! Our Content Management System~ also know as the Admin Utility is very effecient and powerful as well as being super easy-to-use so you can make your changes and revisions quickly so as not to waste your valuable time.
Q 9 Is there pre-loaded page content?
A 9 If you would like us to pre-load page content we can or if you prefer to add your own we can leave it blank. **Remember~ even if we pre-load page content you can still use the super easy-to-use admin utility to change it at anytime.
Q 10 Is there a set-up fee?
A 10 Normally there is a set-up fee of $699 for our Platinum Package and $1499 for our Platinum Flash Package.
Q 11 Can I see an example site?
A 11 Yes. You can either visit our Realtor® and/or Mortgage Broker Design Galleries to view the Home Page Designs or you can contact us on our toll free number and we can send you a few of our current client sites that you can click through to see how it looks and works.
